We are Heavenly Homes Real Estate Broker, a licensed real estate brokerage operating in the United Arab Emirates.

When you download the Dubai Real Estate Market Report 2026 via our landing page, we collect the following information you provide:

• Full name — to personalise communications and verify records
• Email address — to deliver the report download link and, if consented, future updates
• Mobile number — to verify ownership records and, if consented, WhatsApp communications
• Community / building name — to match against our property owner database
• Unit or villa number — optional, used for precise record matching
• Person type — Owner, Tenant, Agent, or Investor, for segmentation purposes

We also automatically collect the following technical data at the point of form submission:

• Submission timestamp — date and time of your form submission (UAE time, UTC+4)
• Campaign source — which link or message directed you to the page (e.g. WhatsApp campaign reference)
• Page URL — the address of the page where the form was submitted
• Consent record — whether you agreed to the Privacy Policy and whether you opted in to marketing

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the purposes described below, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose:

• Report delivery — to send you the download link for the Dubai Real Estate Market Report 2026 by email
• Record verification — to match your details against our internal property owner database to ensure accuracy and relevance of our outreach
• Marketing communications (only if you opted in) — to send you property offers, market updates, and investment opportunities via email and/or WhatsApp. This applies only if you ticked the optional marketing consent checkbox
• Compliance and audit — to maintain a record of consent for our own legal protection and regulatory compliance

Your data is stored in a secure Google Sheets database and our internal Notion property owner database, both protected by Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure and access controls. Access is restricted to authorised personnel at Heavenly Homes Real Estate Broker only.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 14 days (see Section 7).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Who We May Share Data With

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — such as email delivery platforms (e.g. Google, Brevo/Sendinblue) acting as data processors on our behalf, under contractual data protection obligations
• Legal obligation — if required by UAE law, regulation, court order, or a competent authority
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, where data protection obligations would transfer with it

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data from our records
• Withdraw consent — withdraw your marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly
• Object — object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest

Cookies & Tracking

Our landing page does not use cookies or any third-party tracking scripts. The only data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the form, plus the technical submission metadata described in Section 2.

If we add analytics or tracking tools in future, this policy will be updated and you will be informed.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
